What do parents have to do during the party? Adults are free to join in on the fun, but only minimal adult supervision is required. Each party is hosted by a Party Game Truck Game Coach whose job is to share expert gaming tips, motivate, and supervise the play.
Do you need to plug in your game truck? No. The Party Game truck is completely self powered. How many people can fit inside? The Party Game truck can accommodate 20 to 24 people at a time.
How much space is needed? Our truck and trailer are about 45 feet long (approx. 8 side-by-side car spaces) and fit in most residential locations or commercial parking lots. If your event is congested consult with a party planner. Our truck and trailer CAN NOT fit down very narrow streets.
Is there an age limit? There is no age limit or requirement to participate in the Party Game Truck party. Anyone who can follow instructions and enjoy video games can join in on the fun.
What games are available? Do I get to pick them? We have a wide variety of popular games in different genres with ratings ranging from Everyone (E) to Mature (M). We focus on multi-player games for Xbox One, PS4, and Wii U systems and carry multiple copies of many of the games. You’ll have access to our complete library of games, which change regularly. You can approve games that are suitable for your guests. We will fill the Party Game Truck with your selected titles.
What happens in bad weather? The Party Game Truck theater is insulated and climate controlled. It’s ready to operate rain or shine.
What is your refund and cancellation policy? Reservations may be cancelled and all monies refunded up to 14 days before the event. Inside of 14 days before the event, the deposit will be held and may be applied towards a future event within 3 months.
Can you accommodate more than 20 players? We can handle as many gamers as needed. We have a unique system that rotates 20 gamers at a time on 8 minute intervals and the winner stays for the next set of players. This works great for county fairs and large group functions.
Is it appropriate to tip the Game Coach? While tipping is NOT REQUIRED (or expected), we do allow tipping to express gratitude for a job well done!
How can I book a party/event? Booking is easy! Simply click the “Book Your Party” tab at the top of this page and send us an email with your contact information. When internet access is not available feel free to give us a ring at 877-399-1997.
How do I pay for an event? You may pay for your event via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. We do not accept checks or money orders. Payment with a credit card must be processed prior to the start of the event. Events will not start until proper payment is received and verified.
Are food and beverages allowed inside the trailer? Sorry, but due to our high quality theater and our commitment to the cleanest and most prestigious game theater in our industry, we do not allow any food or beverages inside of the gaming trailer.
Do we need to sign a Liability Release Form? Yes, however we make it easy for parents to sign just one liability release form if they agree to accept full responsibility for any incidents or damages on their own property for all players/guests. All players/guests include any person on the homeowners property who engages in the Party Game Truck experience, whether invited or not invited. If the homeowner waives the option to accept full responsibility then it is up to the parent/homeowner to collect and provide signed Liability Release Forms for all guests before the event begins.
